He works as a Postdoctoral Researcher at LEAP Bocconi and received his Ph.D. in Economics from Northwestern University.

Pietro Savorani
Pietro Savorani holds a Master’s Degree in Local and Global Development from Alma Mater Studiorum, University of Bologna. He is experienced in the management and reporting of funded projects, with a focus on European program. Pietro is the Project Manager of INSPIRE, the new Research Center at Bocconi, where he coordinates and manages research projects.

Beatrice Montano
Beatrice Montano is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She received my PhD in Political Science at Columbia University in 2026.
She studies the interplay of social norms and politics, with a focus on the political economy of gender norms and political behavior in East Africa.
Viola Corradini
Viola Corradini is an Assistant Professor in the Economics Division at Columbia Business School. She received her PhD in Economics from MIT in 2024.
Her research is in the field of labor economics, focusing on understanding the drivers of inequality in labor and education markets across race and gender, and on identifying effective policy solutions to address them.
