Francesca is a PhD student in Public Policy (Economics Track) at the Harvard Kennedy School. Her research sits at the intersection of education, gender, and organizational economics. She studies how social norms shape human capital and behavior, and which policies can strengthen the effects of positive interactions in reducing inequality in schools and organizations. Before starting her PhD, she worked as a predoctoral research fellow at Yale University and Bocconi University. She holds an M2 in Economics from the Paris School of Economics and an MSc in Economics and Philosophy from the London School of Economics.
