Erika Deserranno

Erika Deserranno is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at Bocconi University, and a visiting Associate Professor at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. She received her PhD in Economics from the London School of Economics.

My research is at the intersection of development, personnel, and organizational economics.I study how incentive structures can be designed to more effectively motivate and select workers in both public and private organizations.
