Pedro de Souza Ferreira is a PhD student in Public Policy (Economics track) at Harvard University. His interests lie at the intersection of development economics and labor economics. In his research, Pedro explores how social norms and beliefs interact with labor market frictions, being particularly interested in privacy norms and labor market segregation. He is also curious in understanding how governments select workers in developing countries and how this selection process interacts with jobseekers’ decisions.
