I am a Mexican-Spanish economist currently studying the Ph.D. in Economics and Finance (Finance track) at Bocconi University. Previously, I completed a Bachelor in Economics at CIDE (Mexico) and a Master in Econometrics and Empirical Economics at Toulouse School of Economics (France). I worked in the Research Directorate of the Central Bank of Mexico on financial inclusion and macro-finance topics and the PRISMA Network at the Directorate General Research of the European Central Bank on the determinants of price setting. I'm interested in topics in the intersection of Finance and Development. My research focuses on studying the economic effects of financial inclusion and banking competition on different dimensions.
